Its near to everything.. all in walking distance

Lisa was very helpful showing me places where to eat and assisted me getting rides for Grab, very convenient location and walking distances to shop and nice restaurants, close to Hoan Kim Lake.

I stayed here for 3 nights and I'm really happy that I chose this place. Location is perfect in my opinion, everything is walkable.Rooms have everything what you need for comfort stay.Reception is simply amazing, welcoming, professional and helpful.

Lisa is very friendly, helpful, and professional. She helped me with different questions that I had. Without her help, I would have a very difficult time to manuver in Hanoi. 2 thumbs up for little Lisa!

The location is nice. Service is excellent. The staff Lisa is very friendly and helpful. She can speak English very well.

Some rooms are a little bit small. There is no staircase. And some rooms don’t have bum gun.

The staff was very nice and very responsive. The score has nothing to do with the staff, but I am not going to lie about or omit things regarding the property. You can’t beat the location in the middle of the old quarter, you are close to everything. Once you got the AC going, it worked pretty well (but it smelled - see below).

Everything. Not clean, smelled of mold (and made my clothes smell of mold), almost everything is falling apart or leaking, the mattress was very uncomfortable and even painful, there was no duvet cover for the blanket for the bed so the cleanliness of it was questionable.

Great location. The staff was all very friendly. There was coffee, tea, and bananas available at times in the lobby. I was given good recommendations for a hair shampoo/head massage place. They helped me to bring my luggage upstairs to my room. My privacy was respected.

My floor was alllll the way up on the top floor, which made it a little challenging to bring down my luggage. When trying to check out, the front desk guy was sleeping in a nearby room

The staff was very friendly and welcoming The rooms where clean. Location was great easy to get around and lots to do around there and lots of great food.

I had a very comfortable 3 night stay here. The private room was clean, quiet, and exactly what i needed to relax after a long trip. The absolute highlight of our experience was the staff member, Lisa. She was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful during both check-in and check-out. She handled everything seamlessly and provided fantastic service. Highly recommend this hostel for the central location and the amazing customer care.

I liked the location, and the staff was nice and accommodating. They let me do the check in a bit earlier than expected and let me change my dates of booking

there is no elevator and the stairs are old, narrow and not too solid. it looks like an old hotel. there was a lot of stain on my wall in the bedroom (like humidity stains), the mattrass was quite hard

Our one-day stay at this hostel was great! They were very accommodating and waited for our late check-in at 3 a.m., which we truly appreciated. Lisa was also kind enough to let us store our luggage and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. ?

The property is a great deal because of the location, service and facilities. Yes, its not a luxury building, but is an amazing place to stay for a great price.Plus points for a super friendly and kind staff, always available to help you!

They gave us free water every morning.

They only gave us 2 towels at first but we booked the room for 3 people

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and they helped us with the issues our friends encountered in their room. The hostel is conveniently located within the Old Quarter.

The location is great, close to many bike rental, coffee shops, restaurants and travel agencies as well. We really recommend staying here, the staff were very professional and always there for us, let us have coffee and bananas for free at any time and even allowed us to store our luggage for long term (2 weeks) without any extra pay and take a shower in the common shower room after checkout.

The location is very good, close to everything in old quarter, its a great value for money! Mr. Power gave me a very early check in without additional charges.

My room was in 4th floor with no elevator.. It was ok for me but people with mobility issues need to consider this

Comfortable bed (fairly hard but I like that) and quiet and effective air con. Room fairly small with no outside window but we were in the cheapest room. However that meant it was very quiet and we slept well. Very clean. In the centre of old town. Hanoi so handy for all attractions and onward travel. Super friendly staff. No common areas/ cafe etc

No common area/ cafe but TBH not sure if it would be worth it for them as there are so many places to eat etc in this area.
